1. General provisions

This page and the www.tourexpert.ro the use of the services offered on the website Tourexpert Recreation S.R.L., established in: Odorheiu Secuiesc, Lemnarilor street 14/13, Harghita county, Romania, VAT number: 51417763 (hereinafter: ‘Service provider’ or ‘Tourexpert Transilvania’).
By using the website, making a reservation or purchasing a gift voucher, the user (hereinafter: "Customer") declares that it has read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Tourexpert Transilvania offers the following services:

• organizing and conducting buggy, ATV/quad and snowmobile tours;

• purchase of gift vouchers for the above services;

• online booking and payment.

3. Reservations and user account

3.1. For simple bookings, it is not necessary to create a user account; it is sufficient to fill in the booking form with the requested data (name, e-mail, telephone, address).
3.2. To purchase a gift voucher or for certain extra features, the user can create an account. The Client is responsible for the security of the access data and for all activities carried out through his account.
3.3. By completing the booking form or creating an account, the Customer declares that all data is true and correct.

4. Payment and billing

4.1. Services can be provided by online payment (e.g. Revolut Pay, Stripe).
4.2. Prices include VAT and other applicable charges, unless otherwise stated.
4.3. Full payment is mandatory before using the service or before issuing the voucher.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. The cancellation policy strict: Payments will not be refunded for any reason, except in case of force majeure (unforeseeable, unavoidable events, e.g. extreme weather, legal restrictions).
5.2. If the cancellation is due to the fault of the Service Provider, the Customer may choose a full refund or the transfer of the service to a later date.

6. Use of services

6.1. Participation in the tours may take place in accordance with the instructions of the guides and the routes indicated by the Service Provider.
6.2. Vehicles shall be operated only by adults holding a category B licence and possessing the appropriate abilities.
6.3. The Customer is responsible for the integrity of the vehicles and other equipment if damage is caused by his negligence or by persons entrusted to him.

7. Responsibility of the Customer

7.1. The Customer is responsible for compliance with traffic regulations and safety regulations.
7.2. The Customer shall bear all damages, fines or damages that it inflicts on the rentals, third parties or itself.
7.3. He is fully responsible for the loss or total damage of the vehicles, based on the value provided by the Service Provider.

8. Limitation of the Service Provider's liability

8.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of vehicles, non-observance of instructions or force majeure.
8.2. Participation is always at the Client's own risk.

9. Intellectual property

All graphics, text, images, logos and content on this website are the sole property of Tourexpert Recreation S.R.L. and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution or use is prohibited.

10. Personal data

The personal data provided through the website are managed by the Service Provider in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which are available here.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By ticking the "Accept Terms" box when making a reservation or purchasing a voucher, the Customer confirms that he or she has read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

12. Legislative background and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Romanian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the place of establishment of the Service Provider.
